What do I get for free?
Everything you need to prepare: your company profile, vendors, processing register, document drafts, the privacy request tracker and a private preview of your privacy center. You only pay to make the center public.
What does “per workspace” mean?
A workspace is one company or website. Each workspace you want to publish has its own subscription, so you only pay for the ones you share. Workspaces you keep private stay free.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time, yourself, in Settings → Billing. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. After that your privacy center goes offline, and everything you entered stays in your workspace.
What about taxes and invoices?
Taxes such as VAT are calculated at checkout from your location, and you receive a receipt by email. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and reseller.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Change the billing period, update your card or download invoices from the billing portal in your workspace settings.
What happens if a payment fails?
We tell you in the app and the payment provider retries for a few days. If it still fails, the workspace returns to Free and your privacy center goes offline until you subscribe again.
