Know what needs you
Your overview shows only what needs you: close deadlines, documents to revalidate, alerts about your vendors.
Stay on top of privacy compliance as your business grows. Keep your policies and records up to date, manage cookie consent, and respond to privacy requests on time, all from one workspace.
Requests, cookie banner, documents, register and your AI assistant, from one workspace.
Privacy policy, data processing agreement, vendor list, cookie policy and, when you need one, a governance policy: drafted from your workspace with the notices of each country you serve, and kept up to date as your tools change.
Publish a page under your own name where customers read your policy, see who handles their data and where, and send a privacy request. A sober design that sits next to your brand: your name, your logo, your colour, your address.
Explore the privacy centerYour overview shows only what needs you: close deadlines, documents to revalidate, alerts about your vendors.
Add a tool and your policy and banner flag what needs a refresh.
Pick the countries you serve. Each law adds its notice, rights and deadlines where they belong.
Receipt, identity check, extension, completion: written for you and logged.
Invite colleagues or your auditor with the right role. Two-step sign-in and an activity log.
Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor already know your product, your tools and how you work. Connect Privacyboard and ask them to set up your vendors, processing register and assessments from that knowledge: they show you each change and wait for your yes. Then ask what is overdue, answered from your records.
Three steps. You never start from a blank page, and every suggestion waits for your confirmation.
We read your website and fill in your company details, your tools and your contact point.
Vendors, roles and regions are suggested and marked until you confirm each one.
Validate your documents, switch on your cookie banner and publish your privacy center.
The questions procurement and auditors ask, answered by how Privacyboard works.
Your workspace data is stored in the European Union. US providers, such as hosting and email, are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
With an authenticator app and recovery codes. Business can require it for everyone.
Owner, admin, editor or viewer. Removing someone ends their access at once.
Who changed what and when, kept 13 months on Pro and 3 years on Business.
Consent is logged without IP addresses, and AI assistants never see who sent a request.
Export your workspace and download your validated documents whenever you like.

No. It is a guided workspace that turns your answers into drafts and keeps your records in order. It does not replace a lawyer, and suggestions such as a vendor’s data role are starting points that you confirm. For an unusual situation, check with a professional.
The GDPR and the ePrivacy rules: the content of a privacy policy, your processing records, the role of each vendor, transfers outside the EEA, data subject rights with their one-month deadline, and consent for cookies. The UK GDPR for the United Kingdom. And US state privacy laws such as the CCPA/CPRA: a US notice in your policy, US rights with their 45-day deadline, a Do Not Sell or Share page, Global Privacy Control, and a cookie banner that adapts to each visitor’s region. Switzerland, Canada (with Québec), Brazil, Chile, Australia, China, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, India, South Africa, Türkiye, Israel, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Thailand and New Zealand are covered too: choose the countries you serve, or the whole world, and each one adds its notice to your policy and its rights, with its own deadline, to your privacy center.
Only if you handle personal data on behalf of clients. Privacyboard asks you once, and drafts the agreement if the answer is yes.
On Pro and Business, your published center has a request form. Each request is added to your workspace on its own, with a reference number and its legal deadline already counted, and the person who sent it receives an automatic receipt. On Free, the center shows your contact address and you log requests yourself, with the same deadline counted.
No tool can promise that. The banner asks first, holds back the trackers it knows until the visitor chooses, and keeps a log of choices without IP addresses. What your site loads remains your responsibility, and the site scan helps you see it.
Yes, on Pro and Business (Free is for one person). Invite colleagues, an adviser or your auditor and give each person a role: owner, admin, editor or viewer. Invitations work once and expire after 7 days, and removing someone ends their access at once. A subscription covers the whole workspace, not each seat: up to 5 people on Pro and 50 on Business. Admins can read an activity log of who changed what, and you can turn on two-step verification with an authenticator app, with recovery codes if you lose your phone.
The Free plan includes your documents, registers, requests and incidents, and puts your privacy center online at yourcompany.privacyboard.io and your cookie banner on one domain, both with a “Powered by Privacyboard” mention. Pro ($39 a month per workspace) adds the request form, replies sent from Privacyboard, your own domain, 3 banner domains, complete impact assessments, the AI assistant connector and up to 5 people. Business ($129 a month) removes our mention and adds the evidence pack, 10 banner domains checked daily and up to 50 people. Cancel any time and keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
Yes, on Pro and Business, from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex, Gemini CLI or any assistant that supports MCP. Add the Privacyboard connector (an MCP server) to your assistant and choose your workspaces. Your assistant already knows your company: let it fill in your vendors, processing register and assessments, each change confirmed by you, then ask what is overdue or whether an incident must be notified. It only reads unless you allow changes, and who sent a privacy request or what they wrote is never shared with it.
