What does Leadinfo do with personal data?
Measure website or service usage and understand visitor interactions. That is how Privacyboard describes a typical use of Leadinfo, as a starting point you can edit.
The data usually involved: usage events, device and browser information, user identifiers and IP addresses where collected.
Is Leadinfo a processor or a controller?
Leadinfo is controller for maintaining and enriching its own company database.
Privacyboard does not prefill a role for this vendor on purpose. You are asked to choose, since the answer changes what your privacy policy says and which agreement matters.
Where does Leadinfo store personal data?
Leadinfo is usually associated with EEA, but the location can depend on your plan or settings. Privacyboard prefills it as a starting point that you should check in your account.
What Leadinfo says (read on 2026-11-05): “The Processor may process the personal data in countries within the European Economic Area” Source: https://www.leadinfo.com/en/legal/dpa/
How to find yours: Look at the address you log in to or your project settings.
Even when the main location is in the EU, ask whether subprocessors or support access involve a transfer outside the EEA, and record it if so.
Which legal basis usually applies to Leadinfo?
For the usual use of Leadinfo, companies most often rely on consent (GDPR Article 6(1)). Analytics that read or write identifiers on the visitor’s device need consent, under the ePrivacy rules as well as the GDPR.
Some anonymous audience measurement tools can run without consent in France when the CNIL’s conditions are met (own purposes only, anonymous statistics, no cross-site tracking).
This is a starting point, not legal advice: the basis belongs to your activity, and you confirm it in your register.

Does Leadinfo have a data processing agreement?
Checked on 5 November 2026. Vendors change their pages, so check the date.
Yes. Leadinfo publishes the text of its data processing agreement on its own website. Article 28 of the GDPR requires a written contract with every processor, so this is the document to read and keep.
What we noted when we opened the page: Leadinfo Data Processing Agreement, page last modified 15 May 2024, Dutch law. Contracting entity Leadinfo B.V. Says data may be processed within the EEA; AWS EMEA (Luxembourg) hosts; non-EEA transfers only under GDPR Chapter V.
A page that exists does not mean you are covered. Whether the agreement applies to you depends on your plan and on what you accepted, so record the decision yourself in your vendor list.
Read the Leadinfo agreementHow to declare Leadinfo
