Workspace branding

Set the icon and logo of your workspace. By default Privacyboard uses your website icon, and you can upload your own image.

Updated 3 November 20261 min read

Your workspace icon appears in the menu and, when you publish, on your privacy center.

#Default icon

By default the icon is your website's own icon, fetched by Privacyboard when you import your website. Visitors to your privacy center never contact an outside icon service.

#Upload your own

In the branding settings you can upload a PNG, JPG or WebP image. It is resized in your browser before it is saved. A custom image is kept when you import your website again.

#Restore the default

Switch back to the website icon, or to your company initials, at any time.

#What is public

When you publish, your logo (an uploaded image or the icon taken from your website) is part of your privacy center. Switch to your company initials if you prefer not to show an image.

#FAQ

#Which image formats work?

PNG, JPG and WebP.

#Can I change the colours of my privacy center?

The privacy center uses a consistent layout with your name and logo. The cookie banner has its own colour and position settings.
