Company and workspace
Workspaces
A workspace is one company or website. Learn how to create several workspaces, switch between them and how plans apply to each.
A workspace holds everything about one company or website: its profile, vendors, processing activities, documents, privacy requests, privacy center and cookie banner. Nothing is shared between workspaces.
#Create and switch
Use the workspace switcher at the top of the menu to move between workspaces or to create a new one. A new workspace starts with the same quick setup as your first one.
This suits agencies and freelancers who manage privacy for several clients, and founders who run more than one company or website.
#Plans apply per workspace
Each workspace has its own plan. You only pay for the workspaces you want to publish, meaning a public privacy center or a cookie banner. A workspace you keep private is free. See Plans and pricing.
#Privacy center address
Each published workspace has its own address of the form yourcompany.privacyboard.io. Addresses are unique across Privacyboard. See Publish your center.
#FAQ
#Can I move data from one workspace to another?
Each workspace is separate. You can export a workspace and re-enter what you need in another one.
#Do all my workspaces share one login?
Yes. You sign in once with your account and switch between workspaces.
