Plans and pricing

Privacyboard has two plans: Free and Pro. Pro is billed per workspace, at $29 per month or $288 per year (about $24 per month, which saves $60 a year compared with paying monthly). Prices are in US dollars.

• Vendors, the catalog and suggestions.
• The processing register and its export.
• Drafting, editing, validating and downloading your privacy policy, vendor list and data processing agreement.
• Tracking privacy requests with their deadlines.
• A private preview of your privacy center.
• Setting up and previewing the cookie banner.

#What needs Pro

• Making your privacy center public at your own address.
• Switching on the cookie banner on your website, the site check and the consent log.

#What a workspace is

A workspace is one company or website. Each workspace you want to publish has its own subscription. Workspaces you keep private stay free.

#Billing

Checkout opens from the plans screen in your workspace. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and reseller. Taxes such as VAT are calculated at checkout from your location, and you receive a receipt by email.

From the billing settings you can switch between monthly and yearly, update your card, download invoices and cancel. You never need to write to us to cancel.

#If you cancel or a payment fails

• After cancelling you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
• When Pro ends, the privacy center and the cookie banner go offline. Everything you entered stays in your workspace, and you can publish again later.
• If a payment fails, the app tells you and the payment provider retries for a few days. If it still fails, the workspace returns to Free.

#Can I try the privacy center before paying?

Yes. The preview is free and shows the page exactly as visitors would see it.

#Do I need a trial before buying Pro?

Setting up and previewing are free, so you can prepare everything and see your privacy center and cookie banner before you pay to publish them.

#Does the price change per number of visitors or vendors?

No. The price depends only on the plan and billing period, per workspace.

#Can I switch from monthly to yearly?

Yes, from the billing settings of your workspace.
