Export and delete your data

Your data stays yours. You can take a copy at any time and remove it when you wish.

#Export your workspace

In the workspace settings, choose Export workspace. You download a complete copy of your workspace, including your register, vendors and saved answers, in a structured file. Individual parts also export on their own:

• The processing register to PDF or Excel.
• The privacy requests log to PDF or Excel.
• The cookie declaration and consent log to PDF or Excel.
• Validated documents to PDF.

#Delete workspace data

Delete workspace data permanently deletes the saved workspace and its public center snapshot. It cannot be undone, so export a copy first if needed. A deleted workspace takes its privacy center offline and its cookie banner with it.

#Delete your account

You can stop using Privacyboard and ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to the contact address on the terms page. Cancel Pro first in the billing settings, so you are not billed again.

#What happens to published pages

A deleted or cancelled workspace's privacy center goes offline. The address is released.

#Can I get my data in another format?

The export is a structured file you can read or import elsewhere, and registers export to Excel.

#What happens to consent logs when I delete a workspace?

They are deleted with the workspace.
