The vendor guide is a public reference to common tools: for each one, where its data processing agreement is published, the usual data role, where data is stored and how to declare the tool in your privacy policy. It is free to read and does not need an account.

#What each page shows

  • The agreement type and a link to the vendor's own document.
  • The usual role of the vendor.
  • Where the data is typically processed, with a note that it depends on your configuration.
  • A short checklist for confirming the agreement in your own account.
  • Related tools in the same category.

Categories, for example hosting, analytics or customer support, have comparison pages.

#How accurate is it

The guide gives a starting point. Links come from each vendor's public documentation and entries are reviewed in batches, so some are newer than others. A vendor can change its terms at any time, and the role and region can depend on your plan or settings: confirm in your own account before you rely on a page.

#Use it in your workspace

In your workspace, the same catalog prefills your vendors. Adding a tool from the catalog copies its purpose, data and a suggested role as suggestions for you to confirm. See Vendors.
